Refund & cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed paid seats for Cohort Signal Studio, Signal Map, Retention Lattice, and Office Hour Bundles. Complimentary seats and promotional credits are not refundable for cash.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not attended any live session and have not downloaded more than the orientation packet. Requests after that window are evaluated under partial refund rules.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after attending one live session but before the midpoint of a multi-week studio, we may issue a 50% refund of the tuition portion, excluding any non-refundable items listed below. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally not refundable except where required by law or where Fabric Benchcore cancels the remaining program.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party processing fees already incurred
• Custom dataset preparation fees for Retention Lattice once preparation has started
• Completed mentor hours within an Office Hour Bundle
• Printed materials already shipped at your request

Refund process

Email contact@fabric-benchcore.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for verification details.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method or bank account used for the invoice. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.

Cancellations by Fabric Benchcore

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seats.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure events may qualify for transfer credit or expanded refund consideration at our discretion. Consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available.
